This is our policy regarding pick up and drop off for ANY of our services
NOTE - Our facility is staffed 24 hours a day, but our pick up and drop off hours are limited to:
- Monday - Friday 8AM to 6PM
- Saturdays - 10AM to 2PM
- Sundays - Closed
For pickup and drop off times falling outside of this schedule there is a $25 after hours pick up or drop off charge.

- Meaning we will not be responsible and will NOT pick up your pet UNLESS you text this number and get a confirmed reply.
- This is for the safety of all of the pets we care for and to make sure they safe at all times and accounted for.
